We are a debt relief agency. We help people file for bankruptcy relief under the Bankruptcy Code. The firm regularly handles Chapter 7 liquidation and Chapter 13 individual debt cases for businesses and individuals. Our debtor practice includes Chapter 11 reorganizations.

 

We represent homeowners in bankruptcy cases filed to stop foreclosures and in negotiations with lenders.

 

The firm is experienced in all aspects of bankruptcy law and    procedure applicable to this specialized Federal court system. We represent creditors, debtors and bankruptcy trustees in all aspects bankruptcy matters . Our services include obtaining    relief from the automatic stay for creditors to obtain court permission to proceed with foreclosure or to collect other secured debts.

 

ASSIGNMENT FOR THE BENEFIT OF CREDITORS

 

An Assignment for Benefit of Creditors can provide the benefits of liquidation outside of the bankruptcy courts.  We have handled many assignments,  representing assignors, as well as acting as assignee .  We  will advise you as to whether an assignment may  provide an appropriate alternative to bankruptcy in your situation.

 

FEES

 

Chapter 7, 11 and 13: Fees are quoted following client interview.

 

Chapter 7 fees start at $1,201.00, plus the filing fee of $299.00 for a total of $1,500.00. Eligibility for this fee depend upon your circumstances.
