FLAT FEES     

Welch & Olrich maintains a policy of charging flat fees in many matters, rather than billing based on hourly rates.  This method is preferred by many of our clients.  Flat fees allow you to budget accurately and know the actual cost of our services in advance.  Ask for a quote for services necessary to accomplish your goals. 

 

BUDGETS 

When we work with you on an hourly basis, we will work with you to design a budget in advance of the project, helping you to estimate and control your legal fees. 

 

COST EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS   

Fees arrangements are generally entered into only after a meeting with you, during which our goal is to completely understand the issues you need to address, and allowing us to design a cost effective solution specially suited to your particular circumstances.

 

CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED

Mastercard and Visa are accepted in payment of your legal fees in most matters.

 

FEE SCHEDULE

 

BANKRUPTCY FEES

Chapter 7, 11 and 13: Fees are quoted following client interview.

 

CORPORATION START UP PACKAGE SPECIAL : $1,250.00  

This package includes everything necessary to get your corporation formed and running.  Services for this flat fee include following: Formation California corporation, personal client interview, name search, drafting articles of  incorporation,  bylaws, minutes of directors and shareholders meetings, includes all filing fees, corporate minute book and obtaining your Federal Tax ID Number.

 

The package includes all costs as well as fees, and   represents the entire charge for corporate set up for up to 2 shareholders. Additional shareholders or  incorporation of a going business may result in additional charges. Price applies only to corporations eligible for CA Corporations Code Section 25102(f) securities exemption. 

 

Subchapter S election is additional $250.00

 

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES (LLCs)

Limited Liability Company,

    $1,500.00 single member; and

    $2,000.00 2 or more members minimum (quote on request)

 

ESTATE PLANNING SPECIAL PACKAGE:   $1,900.00 

 

This package includes all of your basic estate planning needs for a package price of $1,900.00 (standard fee).  Services include drafting of your  revocable living trust, will, advanced health care directive and powers of attorney.

 

All standard fees listed are subject to acceptance by Welch & Olrich, LLP of your matter,  which will depend upon the issues pertaining to your situation. No fee arrangement or quote is binding until you and Attorneys have signed a written fee agreement.
