Denise Olrich has been appointed by the State Bar Board of Governors to  the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section , State Bar of  California for a 3 year term starting in Oct. 2007. Denise has recently organized a series of programs called, Focus On the Economy, which is a series of 14 programs given by the standing committees of the Business Law Section.  Denise also serves as the Appointments Chair for the Business Law Section.

regents of the university of California, June, 2008

 

OLRICH  SPEAKS ABOUT DISPUTE RESOLUTION: PARTNERSHIPS, llcS AND llps, for THE AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION AT ITS   Ali-aba program ENTITLED “partnerships, llcs and llps—  uniform acts, taxation, drafting securities  and bankruptcy”,  PRESENTED ON june 19-21, 2008 , SAN Francisco, California

 

Denise Olrich presented a  program on the topic of “Hottest Issues in Cyberspace”. at the State Bar Annual Meeting in Anaheim, California in September, 2007, on behalf of the Cyberspace Committee of the Business Law Section, State Bar of California, for which she served as its Chair in 2007.  Denise talked about new legislation relating to cyberspace passed by the California State Legislature and enacted into law during the 2006-2007 legislative session.

 

Denise Olrich gave a talk to members of the Petaluma Area  Chamber of Commerce, Women in Business Committee, about new changes in the law affecting California businesses passed by the California State Legislature during the 2006-2007 legislative session.
