Olrich Appointed to Business Law Section Executive Committee
Denise Olrich has been appointed by the State Bar Board of Governors to the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section , State Bar of California for a 3 year term starting in Oct. 2007.
Denise currently serves on the Executive Committee’s Legislative Subcommittee, which reviews and comments on proposed legislation affecting California businesses.
Olrich makes presentation on hottest issues in cyberspace at State Bar of California
Denise Olrich presented a program on the topic of “Hottest Issues in Cyberspace”. at the State Bar Annual Meeting in Anaheim, California in September, 2007, on behalf of the Cyberspace Committee of the Business Law Section, State Bar of California, for which she served as its Chair in 2007. Denise talked about new legislation relating to cyberspace passed by the California State Legislature and enacted into law during the 2006-2007 legislative session.

Denise Olrich gave a talk to members of the Petaluma Area Chamber of Commerce, Women in Business Committee, about new changes in the law affecting California businesses passed by the California State Legislature during the 2006-2007 legislative session.
